Visio Corner Selection Handles

If Visio displays a diagonal line cursor with a double-headed arrow when you place the mouse cursor on a corner selection handle, it means you can resize the figure proportionally.

A double-headed diagonal arrow cursor means proportional resizing allowed
The cursor changes to a double-headed diagonal arrow over corner handles than allow proportional resizing.

The X and Y aspect remains fixed and new dimensional data about the shape appears in the status line at the bottom of the Visio window.
