View Multiple Pages in the Same Visio File

Highlight the desired page and check Open Page In New Window at the bottom of the dialogue box then click OK.

The Page dialogue box allows you to select multiple pages to display.

After the page opens, choose Window > Tile.

This is useful when you work with foregrounds and backgrounds because the changes you make to the background will be displayed on the foreground as they are made.

You can display multiple pages from the same drawing in Visio Technical like this sample drawing Manufacturing Plant Facility Plan.vsd. This illustration shows the Facility Plan page on the left and the Title Block ( a background page) on the right.  Pages that contain backgrounds dynamically update when the backgrounds are edited.
