message conferences are a great way to share problems with other users. There's always a
stream of like-minded technical professionals moving through the conferences and a strong
chance that some of them may be able to help you with what ever problem you may have.
Often, just by browsing in the conferences, you can find an
enlightening insight on a matter that has not yet developed to problem proportions for
you. If you are a power user, you can share some of your skill and experience with people
who are just starting out on the exciting road to design automation with Visio software.

most relevant conference
Keep you post brief and to the point.
Where possible include configuration information
(hardware/operating system/add-on applications) if it can be summarized briefly.
Toggle on Email Notification (More... > Email Notify) for
your selected conference(s) to automatically keep you informed of new posts in that
conference
Consultants
Message conferences are a great way to
demonstrate your expertise to people who are most likely
in a position to require your commercial services. A helping hand here and here shows that
you know your stuff and that you are able to help with a minimum of fuss. You are welcome
to include a link to your web site in your conference signature (See Profiles in the
conference menu bar) and to outline your services in your personal profile description.
However, overt advertising posts in the conferences will be deleted. To preserve the
commercial value of your professional services, we suggest that while you post public help
at no charge, approaches made to you privately would, in our view, constitute consulting
and that you make your own business arrangements in that regard.
Developers
As for consultants, developers generally know software upside down and inside out and can
be of great help to newcomers. Sometimes a problem can be effectively solved with a
product you may have developed. If so, then by all means post a message to that effect in
response to the problem. Where such product posts directly answer a question, they are
completely valid. However, overt
